Shipping and Dispatch
We ship Australia wide with free delivery on orders over $129 and a flat rate of $12.95 for orders under.

Due to our candles being made to order, your order will be dispatched within 2-4 business days and delivery time will be after this. If a jar is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss options for either a substitute or backorder option.

Orders are made and shipped from the Gold Coast, QLD.
We use Sendle to deliver your package and a tracking number will be provided once your order is on it's way to you. This method is preferred as they are a carbon neutral carrier and we strive to be as eco-conscious as possible. PO Boxes will be shipped via AusPost.

We ship Australia Wide and shipping times can vary depending on state and region. Average shipping times are 2-9 business days. This can increase if in NT, WA or rural. 
If your order is a large custom order arranged with us, we will discuss changes in this time frame as it may take up to 7-14 days depending on your needs.
If you live locally on the Gold Coast you are more than welcome to come and pick up your order and have a chat.
