Terms and Conditions
Due to Jars and packs being made to order we cannot offer a refund due to change of mind or accidental order of a wrong pack or fragrance.
If there is a problem with your order or an error on our behalf, please get in contact with us within 24 hours of receiving your order via email at email@example.com so we can rectify straight away.
We take extra care when packing your order to be secure and safe however we are reliant on a courier to deliver your special order. In the unlikely event a product is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the damage so that we can investigate with the courier and get another shipped as quickly as possible.
Please note due to the nature of our packs with the pillar candles, they may arrive slightly out of place inside the box. We make these packs to move as little as possible without damage to the candles but with third party couriers some reassembling might be required if you have purchased this as a gift.
At Hanson Candle Co we like to spoil our customers with discount codes or sale items. These can only be applied at the time of your order and can not be added once your order is in processing. Discounts can not be applied to past or existing orders.
Shipping and Dispatch
We ship Australia wide with free delivery on orders over $100.
Due to our candles being made to order, your order will be dispatched within 2-4 business days and delivery time will be after this.
If a jar is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss options for either a substitute or backorder option.
We use Sendle to deliver your package and a tracking number will be provided once your order is on it's way to you.
If your order is a large custom order arranged with us, we will discuss changes in this time frame as it may take up to 7 business days depending on your needs.
If you live locally on the Gold Coast you are more than welcome to come and pick up your order from any of our pick up/drop off locations.
